Shipping + Returns


Hats from the shop take 2-4 weeks too ship. Custom hats take 4-6 weeks.   Standard shipping times are 2-7 business days.  If you need your hat rushed, just let us know, we can work something out with you. That usually involves an extra fee. We want you to have what you ordered in time for whatever life event you've got, so we are happy to try to accommodate.

We insure all packages over $100 and there is tracking on every package.


An additional charge of $24.95 for International shipping. 

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  3. Condition of Returned Items:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new, unused condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
    • Please take care to ensure that the hat is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

  4. Custom-Made Hat Returns:

    • Due to the personalized nature of our hats, which are made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept full returns.
    • However, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we will work with you to make things right.

  5. Hat Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange your hat for a different size due to incorrect measurements, we offer hat exchanges.
    • Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your hat to initiate an exchange.
    • Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
